I have worked in the helping profession for over twenty years. My expertise is helping those with addictive disorders. My primary purpose is to help individuals rebuild their lives after the nightmare of addiction. Preventing relapse is the ultimate goal.
I believe that full recovery requires a commitment to treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and spiritual counseling. Whether it's Twelve Steps, SMART, or church or community groups, I believe that sober support is essential to a person's sustained recovery from substance use disorders.
Banyan Treatment Center provides the necessary tools and setting for any person who desires a life free from substance use disorders. All treatment is individualized. Twelve Steps and SMART recovery programs are part of the experience. Vivitrol is used in many cases. Other medication assisted therapies are addressed on a case by case basis.
