My ideal clients are adults and couples who want to understand themselves, not just manage symptoms. Many are high-achieving professionals, often doctors, engineers, or creative people, whose relentless intelligence has become their harshest critic. I also work with gay men and the LGBTQ+ community, and with couples seeking more than communication tools. Experiential approaches, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, are available when appropriate.
I practice depth-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy: not symptom management, but sustained inquiry into what is actually driving the patterns. My approach draws on psychoanalytic, object relations, Jungian, and relational frameworks. The work takes time. The results tend to last.
