I help adults and young adults cope with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and familial stressors. For over thirty years I have practiced mindfulness and meditation and have seen the power of these practices transform pain and discomfort into healing and opportunity. I am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Tibet House US and Dharma Moon. It is my goal to meet my clients where they are to help them feel comfortable in a therapeutic setting.
I offer an integrative approach using CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and meditation. With many years of experience as a performer and educator, I have developed a wide array of techniques and practices that help with challenging thoughts and behaviors. I offer a warm and safe environment to help bring about positive change.
