I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin therapy. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify both their challenges and their unique strengths, empowering them to overcome obstacles. By adapting evidence-based techniques to each individual's needs, I aim to foster growth, self-understanding, and healing.
I treat a range of mental health concerns using cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure-based techniques. These include generalized anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, trichotillomania, excoriation (skin-picking), obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, phobias, and depression.
I have extensive training in empirically supported treatments for anxiety and related disorders, including specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am also trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and prolonged exposure (PE) therapy."
