In today's fast paced world, we often find ourselves feeling completely isolated and that we can't reach out to anyone. From our first session, we will work to identify the habit loops that created our present and learn how to create the future you want for yourself, your friendships, and your family.

Over the last 2 decades, I've developed a variety of approaches to be able to help clients in the way they need. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and animal assisted therapy are my primary approaches to help healing happen. Ranger, my therapy dog, will often join us.
This has been a heavy and stressful few years. Even therapists need to reset and connect with the world around us. As a nature lover, I often find my resets outside through hiking and fishing. This season has really helped me learn the value of staying grounded with my friends and family. I look forward to helping you do the same.
