Life is all about our patterns. Being able to change our patterns is hard work. My hope is to find clients who understand that we are not chasing perfection, rather we are chasing insight, self-awareness and improvement. Having a growth mind-set is invaluable to making positive life changes. Hopefully, my clients and I can work together to explore their own patterns and utilize adaptive strategies and plans to set realistic goals and bring about improvement in their lives.
Helping children, adolescents, young adults and families is what I have been doing for over 20 years. I am a trained clinical psychologist with a vast array of experiences that have allowed me to work well with a multitude of populations. A goal of my work is to tailor treatment planning to meet the specific needs of the client and their situation.
It takes courage to make changes in your life. My job is to support you in that process and ensure that the work we are doing is useful, helpful and sustainable.
