About
I firmly believe that all individuals truly strive towards becoming the best version of themselves. Some individuals need the support of others in the process of either defining or redefining themselves, their goals, and their life pathway.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience. It is my privilege to support individuals through a non-judgmental, strength-based, client centered approach using therapeutic modalities to include person centered, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, brief-solution focused, and trauma informed practices.
The breadth of my practice includes working with individuals, children and families experiencing depression, anxiety, complacency, difficulty with acceptance, and the overall improvement of ones’ self-esteem. My goal is to support an individual or family with strengthening relationships, functioning, and the ability to manage every day stress.
