In the last few years, we have all had to manage our lives in addition to the added stress and anxiety brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic. From my 10 years of experience working in residential, outpatient therapy clinics, and lastly, nursing homes during COVID-19, it became clear to me that this pandemic was going to lead to an additional crisis. A mental health crisis. So many have felt the need to be strong and carry on and now that we are moving forward, the mental health toll remains. I started this telehealth private practice in order to provide psychotherapy services to all those who need it and to provide easy access.
I have over 10 years of experience in the field providing psychotherapy services. I have specialized training in work with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and individuals with developmental disabilities. I offer telehealth services only at this time, phone sessions or video sessions. Twice and three times weekly sessions possible if clinically warranted.
We have all had to manage during times of COVID-19, one way or another. The hard part when you're struggling is reaching out and asking for help. I created this private practice to provide easy access services to all New Yorkers. Therapy requires strong effort and motivation.
