Drawing primarily from Narrative Therapy, my counseling style is conversational and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. The stories we learn and repeat to ourselves have incredible power to shape our experiences, together we can work to tell stories that reflect more accurate, healthy views of yourself, others, and the world around you.
