As a therapist I am dedicated to my clients' growth and wellness. My practice is devoted to assisting teens and adults in having the healthiest lives possible. These are some of the issues in which I have extensive experience: depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, relationship concerns, infidelity, couples therapy, sex therapy, school problems, family concerns, ADHD, grief, sex/pornography addiction, career challenges, and substance abuse.
My expertise includes applying the most useful techniques at the right times for YOUR particular problem. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, couples therapy, play therapy, and family therapy to help you reach your (or your family, child/teen) therapy goals as quickly as possible.
I am a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, Certified Sex Therapist, former Board Member of the American Family Therapy Academy, on the faculty of Florida Atlantic University, and have served on the faculties of the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Psychiatry & School of Social Work.

Men's Therapy Group
The Men's Therapy Group will be a psychotherapy oriented group for adult men to have a space to discuss a wide range of issues including relationships, career, children, families, and their futures. "Talking" about feelings is not always natural to men and this group takes that into account by providing a safe space for men to meet and support one another.
