Executive Functioning Skills Group - CBT for ADHD

This online group helps people improve their executive functioning abilities through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills. The group is 13 weeks and features three modules: organization/planning skills, attention/focus skills, and procrastination improvement skills. This group is open to everyone struggling with these difficulties, regardless of whether they have a formal ADHD diagnosis. There are 3 weekly structured EF skills groups: Tuesdays at 5pm, Wednesdays at 7pm, and Thursdays at 5pm.
