As a young man myself who has experienced all these things, I can uniquely help other young men to better themselves. Not just to gain some helpful tools, but to truly heal. My foundational approaches of Coherence Therapy, and the Catholic-Christian Meta-Model of the Person allow this happen.
I am an actor, a husband, a dad, a therapist, a recovering addict. I am busy. Therapy that helps me doesn't beat around the bush. It gets down to business.
