I work with high-functioning adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or recurring relationship conflict. Many are insightful and self-aware, yet still struggle to create lasting change. In therapy, we identify the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving these experiences—often rooted in early attachment and life experiences, and begin shifting them so you can respond differently, build healthier boundaries, and feel more grounded in your relationships.

I help clients understand and change the patterns that keep them stuck. Using CBT, IFS, and relational approaches, we go beyond surface-level coping and focus on emotional awareness, boundaries, and lasting change so you can feel more confident, connected, and in control of how you show up.
