I work with adult and adolescent clients experiencing anxiety, depression, attention issues, worry, phobias, work-related stress, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions. My approach is based on my training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the treatment of OCD and ADHD.
I became a therapist following a lifetime of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. My work and training as a therapist, workplace experience, and my life as father and grandfather have all taught me the value of being able to listen to people from their own unique perspective to help find solutions that work for them.
