Everyone struggles with mental health and relationship challenges—but how you experience them is uniquely yours. Therapy is where we lighten that load and turn those struggles into opportunities for growth and healing. I provide a space for this exploration, one where you can get personal and vulnerable, laugh and cry, sometimes even curse and yell, and also informational and straight to the point. Together, we would do this by building trust and learning how our body-mind connection impacts our mental health.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and teens. I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression with somatic and cognitive-behavioral interventions. I’m also passionate about working with individuals struggling with spirituality and relationships, including difficulty relating to existence, family, friends, partners, etc.
Many people find themselves caught in repetitive patterns and unsure how to move forward. By exploring the connection between your mind and body, we’ll create new pathways for healing and growth.
