Mental health and relationship issues are all too common and we each have our own unique way of experiencing them. I provide a space for this exploration, one where you can get personal and vulnerable, laugh and cry, sometimes even curse and yell, and also informational and straight to the point. Together, we would do this by building trust and learning how our body-mind connection impacts our mental health.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and teens. I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression with somatic and cognitive-behavioral interventions. I’m also passionate about working with individuals struggling with spirituality and relationships, including difficulty relating to existence, family, friends, partners, etc.
Many of us struggle and don’t understand how to cope or get out of our repeated patterns. When we practice awareness of the relationship we have to our minds and bodies, the result is more options and opportunities to enhance our lives.
