I am interested in helping you through life’s struggles with the counseling you need. I am a Christian therapist so I believe in incorporating a person's personal faith in the counseling process. Growing closer to God is important no matter what your situation or problem might be.
I work with depression, anxiety, fears, stress, bi-polar, domestic violence, marriage and family problems, parenting issues and grief. I work with adults, teens and children 6 years and older. I incorporate systems theory and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients get the healing they need.
I have 27 years of experience in the mental health field. As a supervisor, I have trained other therapists for over 20 years. That's a lot of experience in the counseling process. My goal is to help you accomplish the goals you have for having a better life.
