I do my best to create a comfortable place to talk about and explore emotional patterns while also helping you understand how to heal and/or get unstuck. I love what I do, and this passion has fostered an expertise in the study of relationships, trauma and neuroscience. I also enjoy educating people to become informed consumers of psychotherapy, so that you expect and get more out of therapy, whether that's with me or someone else.
For that reason, I offer free consultations to make sure therapy with me is a "good fit". All the training and skill a therapist has ultimately gets filtered through their personality and therapy style. I feel that's an important 1st step. I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and approved to supervise therapists in this model. I have extensive training in EFT, RLT and several other abbreviated therapy models that may or may not mean much to you at the moment. As a former therapist for Breakthrough and current group leader for Onsite I LOVE facilitating experiential groups.
