This process group for men meets with a focus on improving the member's interpersonal relationships in their lives, particularly with other men. Each member comes to group to work on specific interpersonal goals, and the leader will foster and support them towards achieving their group goals. Typical goals are focused around men's issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, social isolation, family challenges, career or financial concerns, and difficulty with forming lasting relationships.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group for Gay Men
Feeling lonely and frustrated? As gay men, we can encounter loneliness and isolation, difficulty meeting other gay men for romantic partners or friends, substance abuse, familial challenges, difficulty navigating open relationships, feelings of rejection from the gay community, and impediments to finding joy, meaning, and purpose in our lives. Goals for the group include increasing feelings of connection within in your interpersonal relationships, improving feelings of belongingness and relatedness to other gay men, and exploring relationship experiences, coming out, discrimination, and your role in society as a gay man.
