There are new openings available in my online insomnia group for adults. My approach to therapy centers on guiding clients to discover meaning through purposeful action and reconnecting with a sense of completeness beyond their stories. My style is active and dynamic, focusing on helping clients tap into their humanity, identify strengths, take action, and pursue genuine growth. I specialize in areas like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), sleep issues, fostering growth after trauma, and navigating life transitions and loss.
Integrating both a behavioral and existential orientation, I am passionate about helping my clients creatively engage in more balanced behavioral patterns in their search for connection, valued living, and liberation from the systems and ideas that inaccurately define our lives.
Change and growth can be challenging. Sometimes, we need someone to remind us of what we’re truly capable of, beyond the usual self-help advice. It’s about seeing the whole picture and recognizing what’s still strong and unbroken within us. I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and find balance on your journey. I look forward to with you.

Overcoming Insomnia: Online group for adults

Are you consistently having difficulties falling asleep or staying asleep at night? This group uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help members reclaim restful sleep. CBT-I is an evidence-based, brief therapy model recommended as a primary intervention for insomnia that has been found to be more effective in the long term than sleep medications. This group is designed to help clients identify key factors influencing their sleep behaviors and sleep challenges, with an integrative and holistic approach to making meaningful changes to improve sleep quality.
