I’m a clinical psychologist providing individual therapy for children, teens, college students, and adults. My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering. I offer practical tools to help clients improve relationships, deepen self-understanding, explore their identity, and develop coping strategies for navigating life’s challenges. As clients work toward growth and change, I also support the development of self-compassion and greater self-acceptance. I have specialized training working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and depression.
I provide several strength-based, evidenced-based, and integrative methods of therapy, depending on a client's individual needs. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, humanistic psychology, and mindfulness. I also offer parenting guidance and support.
