I practice from an emotionally-focused, psychodynamic framework and often incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy working with adults living with challenges such as attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, codependence, and ADHD to cultivate more intentional ways of being.
