I specialize in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) to give adults and teens the relief they need from their symptoms. I am highly interested in helping those struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, phobias, panic, and agoraphobia (among others).

It's also worth mentioning, sometimes, we do not have a clear understanding of where we want life to go (but we might know that it's not working). Maybe we have a vague idea, but have trouble taking steps that bring us closer to where we want to be. Or maybe we are doing too much, leading us to feel like we have little control in life.
That's okay. None of that is wrong, or bad, or indicative of a personal failing (it sure can feel that way, though). It is where you are, right now. Try to defer judgement.
