For over 35 years, I've helped individuals struggling with trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I work within a depth psychology perspective and am well-grounded in psychodynamic, existential, mindfulness, and interpersonal methods. I also have an extensive background working interculturally, particularly with Native Americans.
I currently offer services exclusively online. In addition to direct client services, I offer exceptional graduate-level supervision and consultation in psychotherapy and assessment.
