For over 30 years, I've been assisting adults and older adolescents struggling with trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I'm well-grounded in psychodynamic, existential, mindfulness, and interpersonal methods. I also have an extensive background working interculturally, particularly with Native Americans.
Please note that I currently offer services exclusively on a virtual, telehealth basis. In addition to direct client services, I provide exceptional graduate-level supervision and consultation in psychotherapy and assessment. If you're a trainee, I look forward to offering positive collaboration to you for your sustained professional growth.
