Life can be difficult at times, sometimes in life we feel lost, disconnected from the things and people that have brought us fulfilment in life. I believe that life should be lived to its fullest. Sometimes hard things get in the way and we need a little help to get back on track. I have dedicated my life to the mental health needs of my clients. Whether it is metal, emotional or spiritual struggles, I have a passion for helping my clients develop skills that will help them enjoy a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
