I'm passionate about helping my clients discover, speak, and live the stories they want to be telling. You are the author of your life's story. And, I believe you deserve to live the story of your life in ways that make you feel free, safe, and unapologetically you. A strong therapeutic relationship is capable of helping you guide and support the life that you want to be living. As your counselor, I'll do everything in my power to help you live the life that you deserve to be living: in alignment with your personal and cultural definitions of wellness.
I work with adults (18+) of all gender identities, cultures, sexual orientations, religions, and political beliefs. I'm experienced working with women, men, and trans/nonbinary folx from 18 to 60 years old, including young adults (college/post-grads), professionals, business owners, first-time parents, healthcare providers, first responders, and military.
Outside of counseling, I consider myself an introvert, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a dog dad, and a lover of travel, culture, and stories. I’ve traveled to 29 countries and counting. In a past life, I worked in politics(!), taught yoga, wrote my own books, and coached hundreds of folks from around the world. Let's connect!
