As a mental health professional, I'm passionate about helping my clients discover, speak, and live the stories they want to be telling. I believe that you are the author of your life's story. I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships to guide and support you to the beautiful truths that are nested within you.

I am experienced working with young adults and emerging adults (18+), college students and recent post-graduates, as well as adults navigating life transitions and other changes in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50. I love working with professionals, survivors of trauma, creatives, and those who feel called to do some small good in their lives and in the world.
