Hi - I’m Dave. I am passionate about helping others move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to become empowered to be the person you want to be, capable of meeting life's challenges and painful experiences. As a physical therapist for 20 years before becoming a counselor, I appreciate the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I offer a unique, compassionate and integrative approach to one’s mental health and overall wellness.

Counseling may help you to: Identify barriers to authenticity, Increase awareness, presence, and openness to challenges, Create space for difficult emotions thoughts and feelings, Engage in meaningful activities despite obstacles, while maintaining genuineness, and Share authentically with another person in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space.

I provide counseling for all genders and backgrounds and have a special interest in supporting performers (musicians, artists, athletes, etc.). I also understand the challenges and stigma men face regarding mental health. Counseling is a powerful tool and if you’re committed to enhancing your well-being, I’m here to support you.
