Whatever brings you in, I'll offer a warm-hearted and positive space for us to learn together about your particular situation, and about the possibilities for healing and transformation that can be found within it. Having someone to talk to makes a real difference.
My background--as a hospice grief counselor, a Soto Zen priest, a writer, editor, and teacher--informs how I approach therapy. I'm strongly committed to engaging with and learning from you as well. Part of what we'll do together is connect with sources of nourishment, wisdom, and joy in your life, even if you aren't yet sure what those are!
