Are you struggling with sexuality or relationship challenges? My passion is in helping individuals and couples on their journey to greater emotional, relational, and sexual health. I provide in-person therapy in Northern Utah and am licensed to practice virtually in Utah and Idaho.
I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and work with a variety of sexuality issues, including desire discrepancy, out of control sexual behaviors, trauma, infidelity, “sexless” marriages, orgasm concerns, ED/premature/delayed ejaculation, pornography concerns and resolving conflict between spirituality and sexuality.
I strive to create a supportive space to foster healing. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & a Strength-Based approach.
