Navigating life’s ups and downs is a balance of holding on, letting go, and trying to stay true to ourselves—holding on loosely, as the song goes. That looks different for everyone. Sometimes it means laughing, crying, writing, or creating art; sometimes it looks like healing trauma through self-compassion and peace. Sometimes, it's just talking it through.
You're in control of where you wish to grow, and how you wish to get there. My role is to listen, reflect what I hear, and through compassionate connection, help you discover your strengths, focus your goals, and kindle your own abilities to heal and progress. For this, I use a combination of Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.
