Accepting new clients. You may be tired of feeling stuck in patterns you understand but haven't been able to change. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or the people you care about. Maybe you're navigating the effects of past trauma, relationship struggles, shame, ADHD, or coping strategies you developed to protect yourself that may no longer serve you. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents (10+) who want more than temporary relief—they want to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen relationships, and move through life with greater presence, calm, clarity, confidence and connection.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with 130 hours of IFS training. IFS helps us understand the parts of you—the anxious, perfectionist, and wounded parts—with curiosity and compassion. I also integrate EFT, polyvagal-theory, mindfulness based CBT, and ADHD support. Insight is only the beginning; therapy should help you put it into practice.
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a steady, client-centered space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged to consider new perspectives. I bring 17 years as a middle school educator, two decades of marriage, and experience raising two teenage boys to my work. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
