I specialize in working with emerging adults navigating the transition to adulthood. This period can feel overwhelming—new responsibilities, shifting relationships, and pressure to “have it together.” I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want and to build practical skills that support lasting change.
Many of my clients seek help for emotional regulation difficulties, substance use concerns, or trouble forming and maintaining healthy relationships. My approach blends compassionate insight with concrete skills-building so challenges feel less debilitating and more empowering.
Together we’ll develop tools for setting and holding boundaries, communicating clearly to advocate for your needs, managing strong emotions, and building confidence in the face of judgment or criticism. Therapy with me is goal-focused and collaborative.
