About
Relationships built on respect, understanding, and empathy are central to who I am and the work I do. Even during my previous careers in corporate engineering and vocational ministry, having that essential human connection with the people around me was what gave my work meaning and value. Although we may struggle to find relationships where we’re heard and valued, I believe we all need them, and having these meaningful connections with other people can be amazingly restorative. I’ve seen it change lives, including my own.
I respect what makes you uniquely you, and our time together is personalized for your situation and needs. We are all shaped by our life experiences, some which may encourage us, and some that hurt us and leave us feeling alone, misunderstood, confused, or maybe broken.
I get it. I’ve seen it in my life, too. It’s a theme I regularly hear in and out of the therapy space. I welcome a chance to help you talk through things, set goals, or just slow down and breathe so that you can find your next step.
