My specialty is couples and relationship therapy, as well as dealing with life transitions and challenging emotions. I offer a supportive relationship in which you learn and grow in mental, spiritual, and emotional health. We also identify steps required to help you make changes needed to create a fresh path.
I teach and use meditation practice and mindful awareness tools to reduce stress, and, more importantly, aid you in understanding and clarifying your needs, goals, and concerns. Spiritually based counseling and many types of practical approaches are other unique features of how I help clients to transform their lives.
