I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for 34 years as a soccer coach, and providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in Northern Virginia since 2015. I have a deep passion for working with people, and especially children, adolescents, and young adults. I love to combine a person's passion, such as sports/extra-curricular activities with therapeutic modalities to help them navigate the obstacles in their lives. I take a tailored approach to individual needs using cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches that build valuable skills, and nurture autonomy.
My extensive experience allows me to help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate an ever-changing and increasingly competitive world. I combine therapy modalities with sports psychology tools to aid clients in creating mental and emotional balance in their lives, and optimize performance.

Groups
Young Adult Social Skills Support Group
This group, scheduled to start in May 2026, will help participants both engage in social situations, as well as maintain social engagement. Skills will include verbal and non-verbal strategies to enhance and maintain social contact. The group will be a welcoming, non-judgmental space for people to express themselves and feel heard and seen.
