Life is a journey of ebbs and flows that sometimes lead us to feeling lost and alone along the way. Though there is wisdom in the saying, “This too shall pass", you don't have to go through the challenges of life on your own. Sometimes an alternative perspective can help us see and rediscover our own internal strength and resilience. Fostering connection and helping clients gain insight into their own potential for healing and well-being is why I do what I do. Clients that gravitate toward my style and approach are often navigating symptoms of depression and anxiety while seeking healthier relationships with themselves and others.
As a therapist, I strive for a collaborative process toward helping my clients embark upon or continue their journeys of self actualization. My approach is eclectic and embodies a variety of modalities including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, MI, and a dash of Jungian philosophy. Beyond modalities, my real aim is to develop a supportive relationship with my clients.
