I work from a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens, which means we will not only look at what hurts but also what has helped you survive. Together, we may explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, family history, coping skills, and sense of self. I work from a variety of different modalities while centering you!
