I specialize in treating clients of all ages that have traumatic backgrounds, deal with symptoms of anxiety or depression, have difficulties adjusting through life transitions, or need assistance identifying strengths. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain-spotting, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
