I work with clients from various backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships. I am comfortable treating any of the above listed symptoms as well as obsessive and personality disorders.
I use a Person-Centered approach to counseling. I will utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Trauma Focused modalities to assist my clients in meeting their therapeutic goals.
