My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and empowering. Rather than focusing on your challenges and barriers, I help you explore your strengths, values, and patterns so you can build healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a greater sense of self. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, burn out and more.
