All these while jiggling every day ups and downs that life throws our way. It is easier to help and support everybody else than feel vulnerable and let all that out.
I am here to accompany you and guide you through this journey. I am here to meet you where you are and helping you to explore patterns, emotions, and thoughts. I will teach you tools that will promote self regulation and self awareness to be the person that you want to be.
