As a Nationally Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in supporting survivors of interpersonal violence and first responders. I am trained in EMDR and integrate it with evidence-based approaches to offer comprehensive, effective support.
I recognize that barriers such as stigma, doubts about whether a therapist can understand your experiences, concerns about being believed, or fears of judgment may prevent you from seeking help.
