I received my MHDL - Counseling from UNC Charlotte. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counsel (LCMHC), a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), and am Reality Therapy/Control Theory Certified (RTC). I received Pastoral Counselor Training at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC where I volunteered in the psychiatric ward for 4 years.
I have been a therapist at Hickory Grove Baptist Church Counseling Center since 1988. I have over 35 years of experience working with diverse and intense emotional and spiritual issues with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families and groups. I recently transitioned my practice to work at Tabonuco Counseling and Consulting.
