I work primarily with Millennials, Gen-Z, and student/professional-athletes. I am passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental health in the African-American community and creating spaces for intergenerational healing.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to best assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong client relationship and creating a welcoming space for vulnerability and growth are fundamental components of my practice. My goal is to make clients feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
