Hi, I'm Daryl Lytle, LPCC, and I have over 18 years of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and many other issues. I am certified in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and board-certified in neurofeedback. I use a clinical approach balanced with common sense to help you build upon your strengths while overcoming your challenges. Clinically I have worked with clients of all ages, and with telehealth, I prefer to work with adults. I work most often with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I also help people with life challenges and transitions, work, school, relationships, etc.
I do well with clients who are looking for a discussion, not a one-sided lecture, or me asking, "How does that make you feel" with everything you say. I do my best to take my advice and know that change is much easier said than done. I won't ask you to do something I haven't already or won't try myself.
I like to have a variety of realistic small goals that support your overall goal of feeling and functioning better. Although we will focus on your clinical needs, I believe we are not defined by our problems; we are defined by our ability to overcome them.
