I'm a LCSW, who believe's each individual is unique and has the strength to create positive change through life's challenges, whether you are in crisis, stressed, seeking better self understanding, or suffer from mental illness. My work entails having a safe space, which is calm and supportive; where you can talk openly without judgement. Whether you are a high-functioning professional experiencing burn out or you having relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, sexuality issues, and/or life transitions. I specialize in helping adults who are professional, veterans, college students, and LGBTQ+ community.
My goal is to provide healing through flowing therapeutic techniques, as trauma informed, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. I offer a warm, open, and honest approach to work through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in helping adults navigate life challenges through use of CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing skills.
