My primary approach to treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, I take a personalized and multidisciplinary approach to tailor the therapeutic process to each individual’s unique needs. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals and support them in making meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
