I help clients break free from these and other issues using different mind/body therapies (including hypnosis) to quickly and powerfully integrate health, happiness and peace into people's lives. My intent is always to guide clients to a path of insight and understanding that allow them to fully utilize their inherent inner healing and creativity that we as human beings all possess.
My services include utilizing several different Psychotherapeutic modalities. These include but are not limted to: Advanced Clinical Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I use these and other techniques to help people improve their health, professional and personal performance, and help them realize greater success in their lives.
Darwin Gillett is the Founder of the Center for Mind-Body Psychotherapy. He has a Masters in social work from the University of New Hampshire and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bates College. He is certified in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy (5Path) and has been practicing hypnosis for 15 years.

Self-Hypnosis Class
