I work with individuals and couples and lead a recovery group for men as well as groups for partners of sex addicts. My practice has focused on men's issues with sexual and other addictions as well as anger and behavior management. Other areas of focus include relational issues and the associated problems of stress, anxiety, and depression. Emphasis is on the Carns model using the texts Facing the Shadows and Facing Heartbreak.
I specialize in the treatment of sexual and internet addiction offering both individual and group therapy. You will learn the origin of your struggle and find the path to recovery. You will hear the stories of other men and be encouraged. I will share my own experince and journey through recovery
I have a Christian backgound and incorporate that into the therapy process for those with spritual beliefs and a desire to build the therapy on a Christian foundation
