I most often work with an individual adult or teen who wants healing and growth: healing from trauma and pain, growth in relationships with others and within self. Most clients have a desire for more connection, truthfulness about themselves and their world, peace, and spiritual life. I also enjoy working with couples and families toward better communication and relational health.
I help through seeking understanding, and then through ways of healing pain and trauma toward better relationships.
